Worldwide Chiropractic uses the latest technology along with knowledge and wisdom to accurately assess a patient's condition. Our office has the latest high frequency diagnostic x-ray on site, to diagnose and properly treat your ailments.

We use many methods of treatment to alleviate and cure the patient's conditions. We specialize in Pediatrics, Pre-natal, sports injuries and personal injuries just to name a few. Our treatments are professional, gentle and effective. Dr. Simon uses many techniques including Gonstead, SOT, Kinesiology, Craniopathy and Activator.

Worldwide Chiropractic offers the best supplements and nutritional advice available. Dr. Simon is available for nutritional consultations for specific ailments and conditions as well as systemic cleanses, joint disorders, sports performance, and general nutritional support.

OUR PRACTITIONERS

		DR. SIMON YU, D.C. Dr. Simon was introduced to Chiropractic while studying Pre-Med in college. He was weight training as a part of his competitive swimming regime and severely injured his lower back. The injuries were so severe that he was unable to walk and had numbness down both of his legs. He sought traditional treatments for his lower back injuries. After three months of suffering and heavy doses of painkillers, muscle relaxants, and anti-inflammatory medicines he was still in great pain. “The specialists” were discussing surgery as an option to alleviate his symptoms. On a recommendation from a friend, Dr. Simon sought the help of a chiropractor. Thanks to Chiropractic care, in just two weeks Dr. Simon was able to go back to competing at a high level on his collegiate swim team. He heard the calling and headed for chiropractic and holistic healing. Dr. Simon finished his bachelor degree from San Francisco State University in 1995 and his graduate work with the mark of Cum Laude and honors from Life West Chiropractic School in 1999. He founded Worldwide Chiropractic in the fall of 2003 with the approach that Chiropractic and Holistic medicine can be successful in treating the cause of the disease and not just blindly chase symptoms. As a world-class competitive athlete Dr. Simon has a clear understanding of how to efficiently and correctly treat many injuries. He was a ranked competitive swimmer and played water polo all through high school and college. He is also a competitive Tri-athlete, cyclist, and runner in which he has participated in numerous international competitions. He holds a third degree brown belt in Judo. Currently a world-class paddler and a member of the bay area’s all-star team who competed in the nationals, he has received many trophies and awards for all his competitions throughout his life. Dr. Simon is fluent in Mandarin and English. He resides on the San Francisco Peninsula with his wife, Rosalyn and his two young children. When he is not caring for your family at Worldwide Chiropractic he enjoys participating in competitive sports such as boxing, kickboxing, paddling, weight training, swimming, and basketball.
		SIOBHAN CUNNINGHAM, Certified Massage Therapist Siobhan Cunningham is a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator. She has been practicing massage for fifteen years. In 2002 she graduated National Holistic Institute with her Advanced Massage Therapist Certification. In addition she is a certified Reiki Healer. Siobhan specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Pregnancy, Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Hot Stone massage. Her focus involves hands on care and working closely with patients to achieve an enjoyable and relaxing experience. She helps in the reduction of the effects of stress, tired and aching muscles, decreasing chronic pain, and improving nerve functioning. With her great energy she is able to increase flexibility and range of motion while at the same time strengthening the immune system.
		CRAIG ALLEN, Certified Massage Therapist Craig Allen is a Certified Massage Therapist. Massage Therapy and other forms of bodywork are a large part of Craig’s life. He is very passionate about massage as an approach to health and wellness. He practices several different modalities and techniques with both an Eastern and Western influence. Injury, rehabilitation, athletic performance, and structural integration are his specialty. He has experienced many benefits from receiving massage and believes that everyone should utilize this as a treatment option for pain management and relaxation. Craig grew up in Mountain View, CA. At the age of 19 he joined the coast guard serving in many places around the world. He decided to pursue massage because understanding the body has been an interest of his since he was a child. He graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy. In his free time he enjoys being around his family, swimming, going to the beach, sailing, traveling and cooking.
		MAUREEN MITCHELL, Licensed Acupuncturist Maureen Mitchell brings to her practice knowledge and experience in both Eastern and Western Medicine as an Acupuncturist and a Registered Nurse. With this she implemented the first Acupuncture treatment program into the Pain Management Clinic at Kaiser Medical Center in San Francisco. There she participated in clinical trials in the treatment of back pain and migraine headaches. Maureen was also an Acupuncture Consultant for other hospitals in the area including Planetree affiliated Hospitals. Maureen specializes in the treatment of PAIN, acute or chronic from migraine headaches, women’s gynecology, sports, injuries, and degenerative chronic conditions. Maureen brings to her clients confidence from her knowledge and reassurance from her friendly outgoing manner. Maureen received her Doctor of Oriental Medicine degree from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Science in Oakland California, graduated in 1989. Our Office Staff

		ROSALYN, Office Manager Rosalyn is the Office Manager at Worldwide Chiropractic. Her goal is to take the burden out of the financial aspect of your health care. Her first experience with Chiropractic care was in high school, when she was on the volleyball team. The constant repetitive motion of playing caused intense pain in her wrist. She explored Chiropractic care, after receiving adjustments her game improved and the pain subsided. That was the beginning of a long love affair of Chiropractic care. She has a strong belief that people of all ages can improve their mind, body and spirit with Chiropractic care. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has a great deal of experience in organizational management. 		NICOLE, Administrative Assistant Nicole has been with Worldwide Chiropractic since March of 2007, she is the face of Worldwide Chiropractic, greeting callers and welcoming patients as they come through the door. She has an amazing ability to make each patient feel as if they are right at home. She keeps the office running smoothly, juggling all types of requests. We couldn’t do it without her! When she isn’t providing the best patient care she is experiencing the joys of being a newlywed, spending time with her family and vacationing in Clear Lake.
