As a professional martial arts athlete, I compete
all around the country about 2 times a month. That means I have to
be in the best shape at all times. I go through rigorous workouts
5 days a week from weight training to calisthenics to sparring between
1 to 3 hours (per day). There are some days where I would overdo
my workouts which resulted in reoccurring injuries such as problems
with my lower back, neck, ankles, shoulders, elbows and knees. I've
met Simon Yu through the kickboxing and boxing classes in LA BOXING.
Because he was an athlete himself, he was able to relate to my training
regimen and injuries. Moreover, he gives me nutritional, training
tips and occasional chiropractic therapy. Dr. Yu is a professional
at what he does. Overall, Dr. Yu is a very nice and out-going person.
Furthermore, he isn't pushy like other chiropractors out there, but
he definitely shows his concerns. He lets you do your business until
you are ready to come back for another session with him. I want to

I started seeing Dr. Simon when I was about 8 months
pregnant with my second child. I had gotten to the point where I
could not stand for more than about two minutes before I felt like
I had to sit down and knew that I needed help. The first time I walked
out of his office, I felt incredible! I had so much more energy then
I had my entire pregnancy! My husband and I have continued to see
Dr. Simon for over a year now and in addition to continue to try
to get my pelvis back into alignment, he has helped me with so many
other issues that have popped up like a rib out of joint, a wrist
problem, a foot pain, and a problem with my shoulder. He always explains
what is going on, how he is going to work on it, and how long I can

I thought for sure I was going to have to stop playing
ice hockey and softball because of the terrible pain in my lower

I was originally skeptical about chiropractic work
but after visiting Dr. Simon, my opinion has changed 180 degrees.
My job consists of working for extended periods of time on a computer

I am a patient of Dr. Simon Yu at Worldwide Chiropractic
and am currently pregnant. I was experiencing the
normal pains and aches of pregnancy that Simon
explained could be alleviated through
chiropractic work as well as reduce my labor when
the time comes. I also get migraines which was

I play four to five Softball games a week and sometimes
I play up to six games during a weekend tournament.
After that many games my arm is shot from throwing and my back is
tweaked from swinging

| SCIATIC PAIN NO MORE! Before I met Dr. Simon I was riddled with Sciatic Pain, the pain was shooting down my leg making my life miserable! At the time I had no idea what it was or how painful it could be. I was skeptic of what Chiropractic could really do for me so I was in the process of seeing a specialist MD and he proposed Physical Therapy and if that didn't work then surgery, well both of those seemed a bit scary and more like a last result then a treatment. Then I met Dr. Simon, after initial treatments of about twice a week for a month I had so much relief!! I was sold on Chiropractic. | What a Relief Last year I woke up to a pain in my arm that left me unable to get out of bed. After several weeks of seeing various doctors, I was diagnosed with 2 herniated disks in my neck, one of them putting pressure on my nerves, causing the pain. I was given pain pills and physical therapy for the pain but it wasn't much help. After my first visit with Dr. Simon, he was able to see the damage in my neck after an x-ray. He put me on a treatment plan which has gradually reduced the pain in my arm so much that I can sleep and work comfortably. He told me from the start my condition was advanced so I didn't expect much but after seeing him for several months, I wish I had met him years ago. He has given me my active life back. Professional and Personable After being adjusted yesterday, I felt fantastic! Dr. Simon is not only very good at his work as a chiropractor, but he is also very good at being personable and connecting on a human level with his patients. As a parent to 3 young children, he has always made me feel safe to be a parent to my children in his company. He understands the needs of children and accepts that as a parent, it's important that I respond to their needs. He is always professional, and he is always so patient, kind, and friendly to my kids and me. I have to drive an hour to have an adjustment now, but I will continue to do it because there are so many reasons to see Dr. Simon as opposed to just some chiropractor who does his job well. In Good Hands Dr. Simon is a very gifted doctor. He knows the whole body joint structures very well. He always smiles and talks to his patients in a positive manner. I received a lot of encouragement from him during his treatments. When I was feeling very stressful, he told me that chemical, physical, and emotional elements are very important to us, without them we are not truly healthy.
